      Pros

      Pay is the most you will find for little to no education. Great benefits, a lot of vacation.

      Cons

      Long 12 hour rotating shifts....for life. If you think you can advance here you are horribly mistaken.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
