      Pros

      Work life balance, Work from home facilities, 25 days leave in a year. one may get good projects to work on depends upon the team, relationship with manager. Good Brand in US

      Cons

      lots of politics . Work is not divided uniformly, Appraisal is worst. Manger the most stupid person on the earth . He had some favorites in the team and only they got the good projects and best appraisals. Thankfully he is not a manager now.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
