      Good pay if you really want to work overtime.

      Cons

      Alot of overtime, and you will get fired for very small things. They know they can kick you out and replace you fast. They are 100% company and .0001% employee.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
