      They have good leaders and good processes. Overall, employees are treated well

      Cons

      But beware that it's still an American corporation that will unceremoniously lay off 5% of the workforce every few years.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
