      Never seen benefits this good all available from day 1

      Cons

      No real training setup. I didn’t actually meet my direct supervisor till maybe 5th day and never got any instructions from him

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
