      Coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Our current COO does not care about the well being of the case managers, who see our consumers on a daily basis. Without us, we would not be able to serve the community we do. She continues to make our jobs more difficult and we continue to lose staff everyday.

      Cons

      Trap people with sign on bonuses that most people pay back to leave before finishing their training. Management is nonexistent. Make promises they don’t keep. Blatant unfair treatment
