      COO Doesn't Care About Case Managers

      Coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Our current COO does not care about the well being of the case managers, who see our consumers on a daily basis. Without us, we would not be able to serve the community we do. She continues to make our jobs more difficult and we continue to lose staff everyday.

      No burn out, not overloaded in cases, easy.

      Cons

      Managment (but only poor at the program I work through) Micromanaged, often tells clients no and makes decisions for everyone. Pay is not aweful but could be better

      Supportive supervisors, friendly staff, awesome building, the experience of working with the community, remote work options

      Cons

      Caseloads can be overwhelming, communication and direction sometimes can get mixed up because it is a cooperative environment but it is a big agency.
