      Weak mid-management; some managers focused on their own agendas; multiple complaints from multiple staff - some of whom quit - did not result in action. Leadership reluctant to take action with problem managers

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
