      Pros

      Very strong team-oriented culture, great set of customers, underlying technology very solid, sales leadership and execution extremely strong, CEO and new President are excellent combo, organization generally tries to put people in position to succeed

      Cons

      Key leaders, at times, are too slow to act/make decisions; core cloud solution is not really cloud, it's hosted solution which is creating huge problems in scaling the business; CTO/Product organizations lack true cloud depth and expertise, has lost most of the cloud talent brought in by acquisition, and while having desire to succeed may not actually know how to do so.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
