Pros

- Great technology that is truly allowing organizations to change their end customer experiences - Opportunities abound for folks within the organization, where you are willing to look for it and willing to challenge your comfort zone - The people within the organization are focused on making an impact with our customers, our partners, and within the communities we live and work

Cons

- Benefits tend to be a little more traditional compared to others in the tech space, but they are still good - Lots going on which can sometimes allow for priorities to be lost in the "noise" of all that is going on within the company

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
