Pros
As a new person with a couple of years gap in working a Contact Centre value proposition, I was quickly taken under the protective wing of everyone to get up to speed. Every day I met someone new who was genuinely happy to meet me and help in any way they could. In no time at all, I felt like part of the family and not just the new person
Cons
As a fast growing company, you do need to take the onus on yourself to go in search of answers and not just rely on people around you. You have to keep up with the pace which can be quite a steep learning curve. However with people willing to help you a long the way, this is hardly a con and more of a fact of life
