Unlimited PTO, empathy for employees, respectful and nice. Good tools and access to do your job. Stable and growing company.

I hate when former employees have nothing bad to say, but I have to say this is a good company. I didn't have a lot of experience with contact center and didn't have the passion for it. My AI company was purchased by Genesys. There was about 12 months of build-out to get our product integrated into the other Genesys platforms which caused a lot of the sales team for my product to leave. The market was hot and when I looked around, I was able to get a very large pay increase with stock options. Had the market not been so great, I probably would have been happy here for another 5-10 years. Also, there were hundreds of people in my role who had been with the company for years, so climbing the ladder didn't seem likely.
