      My supervisor and coworkers treat me well and are very supportive. Also, I can fully work from home (at least this year).

      Cons

      Some people might say this company does not have enough high compensation compared to other US based tech company, but I am satisfied with my salary so far.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
