Pros
Benefits are excellent (pay is a bit below scale but unlimited PTO made up for this). When times are good, they are generous with bonuses, in person events, team building etc.
Cons
Depending on the business unit, you will experience culture at different levels. When I first started, may business unit was amongst the best. Teams worked together to become more sophisticated in process and product. However, once our business unit leader was promoted, things went downhill very quickly. She now had a seat at the 'big boys table' and let it go to her head. She also lacks significant leadership skills that keep her focus far too narrow. She claims she wants to be challenged in order for us all to be better - but the reality is, she has built a team of yes-(wo)men around her to support her line of thinking. This particular business unit likely won't be around much longer - and that will be a direct result of her stubborn nature and lack of strategic vision.
