      Good pay and great benefits. Room to grow professionally. Other teams in the company are solid and easy to work with.

      Cons

      CS Leadership is disconnected from the IC levels. Shifting priorities, unrealistic financial goals. Several have claimed age discrimination toward >50's workers.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
