      Pros

      If you have a quality manager, you can contribute significantly as there's not a lot of layers to push through to get something done.

      Cons

      Had two very poor managers who were put in place by 'no-op' VP's and one very good manager. When I was there they carried quite a few incompetent VP's who did very little and were not held accountable for any performance measures.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
