They are passionate and build their successful relationships with customers through taking the time to understand requirements and pain points, and not just giving flat demos or pitching whichever platform the executive team says is in vogue at the moment.
Cons
The executive team ignores the company's historical success of building customer relationships by understanding requirements, and have clearly no experience or understanding how Genesys got to where it is today. They have no consistent vision for the future, and they change tack constantly without heed to the carnage they create with customers. Compensation & benefits are below market and management shows no empathy towards its workforce
