Pros
You can literally work 72 hours a week every week if you want. They have day and night shift and night shift pays $1.25 more per hour. Most employees are good hardworking people.
Cons
Very hot in the summer. Long 12 hour shifts. Lots of drama from some employees. Rewards & promotes employees who dont deserve it and the employees who work hard just get used and abused. Unfair. Machines are old and always have complications daily (& nightly) and problems are blamed on the operators who have the most demand and responsibility.
