Pros
- incredibly talented people - open to new ways of doing things - freedom to get the job done (not micromanaged) - decentralized decision making - HQ location + amenities - good work/life balance
Cons
- MBM philosophy isn't well adopted. - Despite being praised as a high performer with excellent reviews, and rewarded with several raises and bonuses, I was a number to them in the end and my job was eliminated. - Severance was one week per year. - 401k vests at 3 years. There is no partial vestment; it's all or nothing.
