      Do nice things for employees including periodic bonuses when store performs well and gift cards when your work is noted by a customer.

      ummmm... still thinking.... oh! the Perks...?

      The Hours SUCK. Close one night (10 pm or 11 pm) then have to be right back at 6 am or 7 am. "Clopen" at least twice a week. And they can send you anywhere, they say up to an hour, and they make sure they send you as far as they can from your home. They are a bunch of power trippers and ego maniacs
