      Benefits are decent. 401k, healthcare, dental, and vision.

      Cons

      Maintenance technicians are severely understaffed. Management isn’t great at all. Communication is a problem. Horrible raises. Management does not care! They also play favorites! So you’re either in the circle or not. Very unfair.

      Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
