Pros

Cons
Corporate leadership focuses on pushing limits and increasing sales at the cost of caring about their employees, customers, and maintaining regulatory standards. The willingness to cut corners and frequent attempts to skirt FDA and ISO standards is troubling for a company creating medical equipment. The company's moral compass is also skewed, allowing the sales team to present and sell things that do not even exist, make promises that are nigh impossible to keep, and in some case, outright lie to the customer. While not officially endorsed, this behavior is clearly condoned by management as evidenced by awards and promotions. Management does not listen to subject matter experts when it comes to...anything. Everything is a "my way or the highway" approach, even when their hired experts advise a different approach. No one's opinion matters outside of the "boys club" at the top.
