Pros
The stress you are put under causes you to form close bonds with your peers as you cling to each other for survival. Every so often they accidentally put the right learner on the right course and they make a difference to someone's life. It's rare, but sometimes it happens and gives you a warm glow. On the whole the learners are lovely.
Cons
The pressure from the ceo to write positive reviews on pages such as glassdoor to improve ratings as too many honest reviews got through. Learners are income generators, and if they are on the right course, if its of benefit to them, if they have the language skills to cope or if they're too advanced is not considered relevant. You are encouraged to do whatever you need to do to make paperwork right. Managers lack training and although there are some good ones, there are also really, really poor ones that make life absolutely miserable. Pay is well below industry standard and there is absolutely no training or CPD.
