Pros

There's a ton of perks. You get to fly to London once a year, premium econ. ton of activities to build relationships. lots of dining out.

Cons

They don't really have the best culture for growth. No one has really grown into any new positions over the years. Mainly due to the limited accounts they have.

Pros

Everyone is really kind and helpful. People stay for the company culture.

Cons

Absolutely no upward mobility. No promotions or raises. The company is in a tough spot financially. It's very sellable but customer retention and growth is a major problem and no one has the answers to solve for it.
