Pros
Whole team and across teams really helped each other learn and shared strategies (very different from other sales environments). Paid better than other companies for the position. Good culture. Great people to work with. Interesting product with a lot of potential. Good for businesses collecting money on a recurring base.
Cons
Complex product that was difficult to sell in US because its not just selling a product but shifting the culture. Good for companies, but from a customer perspective, I wouldnt want a company or anyone to have a hand in my bank account, that feels very uncomfortable. Could have had more benefits.
