Pros

I loved the Onboarding - the trainer was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and patient. He was able to Onboard with people in the office as well as remotely without any issues and he was extremely insightful. He really tested ones knowledge at the end of every day and his teach-back was ingenious. The atmosphere is just lovely inside. Everyone is very happy and in a good mood, it is infectious and even if one does not know someone, people make time to get to know you. Upper management are very involved and only one click away on Slack. They make time for you and listen - especially when new to a market. Your opinion is taken on board and listened to. There is respect and that speaks volumes. Another added plus is that most people are natives. So those those working in the Spanish market are from Spain, those from the UK are English/Irish and those in the French market are from France etc.. this means that there is knowledge from the ground up and your opinion is taken on board and things change very fast if one has highlighted that something is not working. It really is such a learning curve, but a very exciting one.

Cons

Long working hours and weekends especially when branching into a new market.
