      Unlimited PTO! Post Traumatic Overload

      Don't even think about it, seriously. It is so disheartening to see the revolving door of eager new hires go through their training, to be thrown into the Chaos Machine that is GoTu Technology Inc. Just to be right back on the job market confused, and disappointed that they bought into the fancy office space and "culture". IF you decide to work in Sales for this company, here's my advice: DONT. And if you do, know this: Our CRM is a disaster, so have fun with that! Your success as a salesperson here is 20% ability/skill, and 80% is determined by what territory you are assigned. If you lose the lottery on that one, you better grit your teeth and brace for impact because this job is going to suck.

      Pros

      Strong leadership that invests in growth and development, clear career progression, and a culture that values collaboration and accountability. I feel supported, challenged, and recognized for the work I put in. The pace is fast but rewarding, and the team is full of passionate people who want to win together.

      Cons

      Like any high growth company, priorities shift quickly, which can feel overwhelming at times. That said, it comes with the territory of being in a dynamic environment, and leadership does a good job of communicating through the changes.

      Has more open shifts than other temp agencies

      Cons

      - 1099, no w2 - can't see office reviews - unsecured pay/hours, you hope you get the hours agreed on - leaves me waiting endlessly for confirmation/rejection of shift, no time limit/structure
