Pros
* Great Flexibility - Hours are flexible as the MFC opens from 7 am to 2 am (great for students or part-timers). *Collaborative work environment (Co-workers and Shift Leads at MFCs are really supportive and encouraging)
Cons
* Worst management I ever worked for.! ( Honest to god I have worked in retail in my whole career and in better job roles, and by far this is the worst company I ever worked for! Trust me, There is no access to HR or any officials who you could go to if you have a problem.!) * No perks and benefits! ( They even charge you a 3.99 pounds small order fee and 1.99 pounds delivery fee if you want to have a bottle of water from the store). * No stability (There are no confirmed hours or work unless you are a favourite to your site Leader).
