Pros
Wonderful Training, Great Leaders, Fun Competitions, Amazing pay. Seriously, the anount of money we’re getting paid to work 60 hour weeks is incredible. But to be honest, if you come work for Greenix, it shouldn’t just be for money. Greenix wants more for their guys than to work for them as sales reps forever. They want to produce successful people who have good habits for life. Negative reviews are guys that came out for the wrong reasons. Anyone who is honest with themselves and take the training seriously will recognize that Greenix really is a great company with stellar management. I’ll stay here for a couple more years so I can afford college debt-free.
Cons
This is the hardest job you may ever work. The mentality you have to learn to maintain is incredibly difficult. You will either be made or broken by the experience. It’s not for everyone. If you have a drive to work hard, be successful, and gain more confudence, Greenix is for you. If you’re just here because you want a lot of money, you won’t last two months of the Summer.
