Pros

Compensation is slightly above average in comparison to industry standards. However, if you are an exempt employee (ie. salaried "Team Member"), don't even think about having the expectation to be provided ample time to take breaks, eat, sleep, breathe, or even think. Benefits are quite amazing, but again- not like you're going to have the opportunity to use those sick or vacation days, or even that great healthcare package... If you enjoy modern-day enslavement and dictatorship, then this is the perfect fit!

Cons

Being a long term employee at this company can be summed up in two words: Overworked, Underpaid. Offering very little room for advancement once obtaining highest level roles on-site. Greystar has become such a large company, they have to specifically and repeatedly voice the words "we care about you" through methods such as e-mail communication and videos from Sr. Level Management. It's very clear this is forced and blatantly fake, doing more damage to corporate morale and destroying employee relationships. "Team Members" do not feel valued, and are nothing more than a number. It's portrayed as if each employee is dispensable- so you had better be drinking the Kool-Aid!

Pros

-Great networking opportunities. -Good IT support. -Great benifits. -Great employee housing discount and housing opportunities. -Commissions will make your paycheck worth it.

Cons

-Management is broad and impersonal. You may feel like a number. -Your workload can be a lot at times. if you work well under pressure, you'd succeed here. -The leasing season is not year round meaning you will have slow months and you will have good ones. Save in the good months to get through the slow ones. -High turnover. Resilience will get you far. -It's rare that you get your weekends at a company like this.
