FIX THE LEASING COMMISSION PAY OUT POLICY!!!

Imagine contacting a prospect, corresponding and sending them all the detailed information they’ll need for a move in including specials, pricing, and virtual tours. They schedule a tour but show up 30 minutes early while you’re on your lunch break so another leasing agent in the office shows them the unit you sent via video in person then boom, you lose that lease and the commission. Your coworker basically got paid for all your hard work to bring the prospect to the property. That’s so UNFAIR!!!
