Core employees who roll sleeves up and get on with it.
Cons
There's a revolving door on the UK GM's office, a new person every 18 mths - 2 years with a different agenda. It's exhausting getting them up to speed quite frankly and then trying to manage the fall out with all their 'fresh ideas ' while trying to keep core sales team on side.
