Pros

Easy to get stuff done -- If you're a strong willed individual, you can easily set direction and get stuff done. Experience opportunities -- If you have ideas and vision, you can write your own ticket. Though, don't expect a lot of help and/or mentoring. That is non-existent.

Cons

Long hours Benefits are lacking -- What company doesn't offer a 401K match? No tuition reimbursement. Work environment is terrible -- People are densely packed into benched style seating, which creates for an ultra loud environment (esp in sales). Office location is terrible -- The office location leaves a lot to be desired. Literally only two food options, unless you want lunch to be a project. At least a 10-15 minute walk to the train.

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
