Fun, young office, full of nice people to work with

no respect or gratitude to the overwhelming workload for all teams, senior management are clueless, basic wage is ridiculously low- especially after new comms structure came in slashing payouts to literally nothing, over worked, over stressful environment, no job security as constantly firing or out sourcing to cheaper workforce countries, no career progression, all very political.
