Pros

No pros with this company. They are crooks and their company is failing. Their customer service is horrid.

Cons

They still owe me $400 in a voucher that they said they would refund back but never have. I tried for weeks to book an appointment at a salon with my voucher and the salon was basically going out of business which I and other Groupon users that were there had no idea about . I asked for a refund and Groupon kept trying to convince me to go back and use my voucher and that Groupon would give the business a call to make them give me an appointment. However I didn't WANT the appointment anymore because the Salon kept closing abruptly and canceling appointments for random "emergencies". They canceled my appointment FOUR times. After telling my story to Groupon (this was almost 1 year ago) they STILL have not given me a refund claiming that they are in a lawsuit and haven't come to a settlement yet and can't refund anyone until that's done. I have emailed them many times and they still have no answer for me. Groupon basically stole $400 from me. I would never use them again and do not trust their illegal business practices.

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.

Pros

Gaining experience targeting multiple industries

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
