      Laid back atmosphere, no pressure to dress up in corporate attires, approachable upper management

      Cons

      Too much drama, new technologies and processes are not fully tested before rolling out, work doesn't stop after office hours, weekend work due to lead time, at the bottom compared to competitors

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
