      Salaries were high for Spain, but that's about it

      If you'd like to be treated like a number, this is the right place for you. They're trying to seem nice and live by the "we're a family", but as soon as you show them you're a real human being, well, you're the black sheep.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
