Pros

Great team members. If you're new to the city, you'll probably make lifelong friends. Great parties and outside activities. You can network with higher ups at other companies, so make that your number one goal!! It's not the most stimulating field, so you can treat it like a sabbatical after college or in between jobs.

Cons

Unless you're sales, you really won't learn or do much that will stand out on your resume. Pay. The CEO. He has a track record of firing people if he doesn't know what they do. They hire really smart people to be on LinkedIn all day and then those people get frustrated and negative.

Pros

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Cons

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
