- The RA role sucks - it's great exposure for an entry level person, but it sucks. It sucks at all of our competitor firms too. High pressure, rote, dumb work. The firm could do a much better job of integrating RA's into client facing roles. That said, the role is not without its benefits. The salary is competitve and benefits are reasonably good. Hours are good and you aren't expected to work when not in the office (a rarity these days).
- Limited technology to support more flexible work arrangements. The CEO has this hangup about people being at their desks every day. It's not 1990 any more.
- The physical office is gross and terrible, but they are moving to new digs later this year.
