Pros

If you're expecting structure, clarity, or long-term growth — this isn’t the place. The role evolved constantly with little to no notice, and expectations shifted constantly without written updates or support. Work hours quickly expanded beyond the original schedule, with pressure to work evenings and weekends despite what was outlined in the contract. Additional responsibilities unrelated to the core role were added without compensation, and promised earnings (like commissions) were removed retroactively without documentation. The culture leans heavily toward a "grind at all costs" mindset. Leadership is young and reactive, and feedback is rarely taken constructively. There's a lack of basic professionalism and a high turnover rate across departments. In my experience, the environment felt unstable and unbalanced — not somewhere long-term career development or fair treatment is prioritized.

Cons

Toxic Workplace Culture Forever changing expectations Reactive/Inexperienced Leadership

Pros

Excellent "click funnel" onboarding tactics

Cons

Management has no experience in real world business and leadership. Following Instagram influencers lead by starting simple/reading books on sales tactics Jackson and his family are now moving to grossing over $150k a month off the backs of two employees. After waiting a week for a 5 min. ladder test you'll next be waiting another week to be instructed on the history of this young company immediately following a 2 on 1 interview which you will then learn you've been selected for a 2 week unpaid course on how to do a job that every other company trains on site with pay. After this process you will work 9 months for a low hrly wage with the promise of just out of reach incentives only to fight for your "career" again the following year to go through the same onboarding process.
