Additional responsibilities unrelated to the core role were added without compensation, and promised earnings (like commissions) were removed retroactively without documentation. The culture leans heavily toward a "grind at all costs" mindset. Leadership is young and reactive, and feedback is rarely taken constructively. There's a lack of basic professionalism and a high turnover rate across departments. In my experience, the environment felt unstable and unbalanced — not somewhere long-term career development or fair treatment is prioritized.
