Pros
- You can wear what you want. - You can occasionally get game tickets. - Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) benefits are good. The company pays a huge portion of the cost. - The clients of the company are well known and will reflect well on a resume. - Monthly birthday celebration which includes a ‘happy hour’. You also get a birthday holiday day to use. - Work from home, occasionally, policy until the construction of the new office is complete. (See cons) - The company allows you to bring your dog, which is fantastic if you have dog(s), but also annoying for those that don’t want dogs in the work space.
Cons
- Only 10 PTO days until you reach 4 years then it increases some. This is not up to date with the norm for the Bay Area. - Several employees seem to complain about other employees and/or different areas of work. - I’ve witnessed several people that were on vacation be called and expected to work while on vacation. - Management decided to purchase a building and do a complete gut and remodel. This would be fantastic if they had went about the working space for the mean time a different way. Employees were working out of a WeWork space that was too small so several people had to work from home. Management then decided to move the employees to a temporary space into the new building that was very raw, disorganized, and dis-functioning. - Lack of care by management. - Several people seem overwhelmed, stressed, and over worked. This just gets overlooked and never addressed.
