Pros

None whatsoever except leaving the place.

Cons

Too many to count. - First off, this business is no niche in its market positioning that it can get away with bad behaviors/decisions that most other businesses cannot get away with because there isn’t perfect competition from an economic standpoint so they are not held accountable like most poor performing businesses. - Culture is absolutely terrible! Employees are very unhappy due to years of being oppressed. Employees will snitch on you instead of coming to you with open dialogue and conversation. Everyone is out to get each other for no reason other than they are just bad people and want to bring others down to make themselves look good. - Organization is very small and has gotten very toxic due to years of retaining toxic management that purposefully hire employees that are toxic and who cannot fit into other more polite workplaces where there is culture. Birds of the same feather fly together and this place is predominantly filled with bad people kind of like how the bad kids in High School hang together. They do not want kind caring people working there and overtime these people leave or are forced out because they are kind and compassionate. So therefore this place ends up with bad people long term. - Management can be abusive, micromanaging, and hateful. They do not care or have a single thread of empathy, emotional intelligence, and will dehumanize their subordinates because management there is just that inhuman. - Turnover is very high - Pay is low
