Work from home, work equipment sent to you. Direct management (not upper) very straightforward to work with and have been trained in both your work and management specifically.
Cons
NO flexibility with time off (vacation/paid or unpaid), low pay rate, harsh customer-employee environment as is with most customer service work. Upper management is based out of country, creating a huge cultural divide that tends to end in poorly made decisions for their US-based contracts.
