Thank you so much for your headline "much improved people business" - this is especially positive to understand as you have worked with us for over three years and you are still with us, which is super. I am also delighted that you "recommend" HKA to others - this is good news, as we are growing and we are searching for more brilliant and diverse colleagues to join us. Thank you for the list of "Pros" you wrote. I agree with you and all of the evidence does point to HKA "genuinely cares about the development and wellbeing of the people who work...." with us in HKA. We are not complacent and we have a list of improvements we are working on to help to support our people further. In my view it is our brilliant people that make the difference. I note your "Con" and I do understand how we all flex to meet client deadlines. I hope we keep a good balance on delivering for clients and also caring about the health and well-being of our people. This is so important as our people are juggling personal and professional challenges during a pandemic...please do also speak with me if you think we can do better on this matter.
