HOK is a great company and they care about their people. They have great values and support employees beliefs and growth. I have only been here a short time but so far this has been the best company I have worked for and hope to be here for a while. Management is understanding, not overbearing and trust the team to accomplish the goals at hand.
Cons
Large company and with that comes feeling like a little fish in a big pond. Management does a good job and communicating and trying to keep everyone on the same page.
