Great team culture friendly staff Management always happy to help Training is great, lots of opportunities to learn new areas and progress
Cons
Sometimes short staffed and often overworked. Salary is minimum wage from fair work and doesn’t increase much as you get older. No penalty rates for working late nights or weekends. Expect to never finish your shift on time. Taking leave must be done 2 weeks in advance and only putting in annual leave guarantees not working. Some staff have resigned due to not having uni placements approved by hoyts.
