Pros

My managers my co-workers. They were all awesome to pay was decent for the first time in my life. I felt like I had a job I was truly happy with.

Cons

Maybe I'm just gullible. Don't fall in love with a job even if you love it. I've never gotten a warning. I've never got a meeting about any poor performance or anything like that. I just got a call one day they told me my performance wasn't up to par. Yet almost every day my managers and co-workers kept thanking me for going above and beyond to do my job only because I loved it so much . 2 months later, a co-worker that I trained got offered my position at a fraction of the rate that I was receiving, and it all started to make sense.. I can't explain how. Sad I've been because of this experience. If you want some decent money, go for it but don't start to fall in love with your new career because I promise you will be let down so much that you will experience a new kind of depression in your life that won't go away..

One of the biggest positives is the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, Global and Regional Business Units, Service, IT, Operations, and other stakeholder teams. The role offers exposure to complex contract drafting, negotiation, risk analysis, audit and financial compliance, template management, CPQ tools, and strategic deal support. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer-facing contracts, problem-solving, and being a trusted advisor to senior sales and business leaders. That said, it also reflects how global and flexible the team is, so it is not necessarily a negative — just something to be aware of if you value frequent in-person collaboration.

Pros

Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

Cons

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
