Pros
- Company culture is fantastic, which I personally attribute to great leadership and management. - My colleagues are not only great at what they do, but they're the loveliest people, which particularly counts for a lot when you're often away from home working on site. I work with a great team of individuals. - The company looks after you, considers your needs, and makes you feel like a valued member of the team. - I think previously there was less emphasis on learning and development, or at least not enough focus on it, but recently we had a two-day company conference that really highlighted our commitment to progressing people's knowledge and skills. - The graduate Masterclass is a great opportunity for young people to learn the industry, understand HSO's culture, and acquire valuable skills. It's based in the head office in the Netherlands for seven weeks, which is a great chance for European travel at the weekends as well.
Cons
- The company is expanding at a great rate and taking on lots of new employees, which is great, but it means a lot of new processes being tried and tested as we grow. - Recently people have been working very hard around the clock to keep up with the numerous projects we're awarded, which has been a challenge.
