Less said the better - Consultant HSO Employee Review

The handling of redundancies is one of the worst I've seen. The company historically keeps you in the dark about the state of things, although they have said they want to improve (I guess time will tell). Far too much bench time for consultants who want to be gaining valuable experience on projects. Bad project pipeline (also might be an industry issue). Not enough support on projects; very much a sink or swim culture.
